What is collected?

Your bot name and description, form choices, contact details, consultation time, optional images and an optional voice message are stored with your request; no account is required to submit it. Manual registration also stores your first name, optional last name, username and email. The password is stored as a hash, not its original text. Profile contact details and technical information needed for sign-in, sessions and abuse prevention are also processed.

Your account

Accounts are optional. You can sign in with Google or a username, email and password. Email verification is not required to sign in or submit a request; an unverified email is not proof of account or request ownership. If you request email verification or password recovery, a one-time code is sent to your email.

Google sign-in provides an account identifier, name, verified email and profile picture to create your account and follow your requests, not your Google password or access to Gmail or Drive. Matching email or phone strings do not automatically link accounts. The dashboard shows only your own requests; a recent request from this browser may also be connected through its separate secure claim flow after sign-in.

Who can access it?

Authorized Bothoven administrators review and follow up on your request. Images and voice messages are private; audio playback is available only in the authorized administrator panel. When administrator notifications are enabled, the necessary follow-up details are sent to their Telegram accounts; the audio file is not sent to Telegram. Cloudflare processes web traffic to deliver and protect the site. If you request email verification or password recovery, Resend processes your email address and message, including its code, for delivery. These uses provide the requested services and are not consent to marketing. Do not put passwords, login codes or private keys in the request form or attachments.

Optional features and your browser

Essential cookies support language, sign-in and securely connecting a recent request from this browser to your account; this version has no advertising trackers. Passwords and sign-in codes are not stored in enquiry drafts. Recording is optional and starts only when you select Record and allow microphone access. You can listen to or delete the clip before sending; the file is uploaded to private server storage only when you submit the request and is not transcribed. Permanently deleting the request removes its audio from active server storage; backup copies may remain until backup rotation. Sign out when you finish on a shared device.
